A developer portfolio is mainly focused on who you are, what you are capable of doing, there is no better way other than to create your own website, show it to the recruiter, and tell about your working experience, projects, skills, blogs, publications, openSource contributions etc.

Give a short and crisp intro of yourself and what your role is

Example: Full Stack Developer

Add some relative gif/images and provide links

Add heading and a short description about your projects respectively
